Be a Trail Angel
Want to surprise me by being a trail angel? If so, please check out this angel list, which shares my favorite treats that guarantee my blissful response! Do you see how thrilled I am in the photo above? It was taken during the summer of 2021 when I first encountered people known as “trail angels” at Selden Pass on Nüümü Poyo, aka the John Muir Trail. They traveled from Wisconsin just to feed hungry hikers for one day, and I happened to pass by them. They hiked in with a small grill, a cooler full of burgers, hot dogs, beer, and more, plus bear canisters full of other goodies! The best part was their outfit! No pressure, friends.
